Georgia College Athletics Puts 80 on PBC Presidential Honor Roll
AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced its Presidential Honor Roll recipients, with 80 Georgia College student-athletes making the list. The program honors all student-athletes with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the 2011-12 academic year.

Lones Breaks School Record, First All-Region Runner in GC History; Bobcats Take 13th at Regional
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Sophomore Allison Lones (Kathleen, Ga.) became the first All-Region performer in school history Saturday, as the Georgia College women’s cross country team took 13th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet at McAlpine Park in Charlotte, N.C. Lones finished in 19th place.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Georgia College senior women’s cross country student-athlete Victoria Dobson (New Hamburg, Ontario) was named to the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference office Thursday afternoon.

Bobcats Take Seventh as Lones Earns All-PBC Accolades
AIKEN, S.C. – Sophomore Allison Lones (Kathleen, Ga.) continued her impressive string of races leading the Bobcats as GC took seventh place at the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Championships at USC Aiken. Lones’ 11th place finish helped earn her All-PBC Second Team honors for the second consecutive year.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Georgia College women’s cross country program placed third in the Augusta State University Jaguar Invitational Saturday morning. Sophomore Allison Lones (Kathleen, Ga.) paced the Bobcats yet again and finished ninth overall with a time of 24:44.
