On the singles side, Setyon clinched the team victory with a 6-1, 7-5 straight-sets win over Oliveira in the fifth slot. Lion beat Lindqvist with a pair of 6-4 scores in first singles, and Johnson rebounded from a tight 7-5 set for a dominant 6-1 tally to beat Ferreria in the second slot.
