MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Junior goalkeeper Ashlee Graham (Decatur) of the Georgia College Soccer team was named Bobcat Athlete of the Week for her efforts during the week ending Sept. 10. This marks the first such honor for Graham this season.
Graham made a career-high 11 saves Friday night as GC Soccer fell 2-0 to Queens University. Graham's 11 saves tied her career-best set twice as a freshman in 2015 in a tie with Florida Southern College and a loss to Columbus State University. Graham made nine of her 11 stops in the first half, as Queens out-shot the Bobcats 13-3.
The Bobcats are back in action Saturday, Sept. 16 at 7 p.m., hosting the University of North Georgia.
