MORROW, Ga. – The Georgia College women's soccer team (4-5-1, 1-3-1 PBC) faced the Clayton State University Lakers (6-3-2, 3-0-1 PBC) Saturday night and after two overtimes the match ended with the Bobcats' first draw of the season.

Scoring the lone goal of the first half was junior Ashley Veilleux (Monroe, Ga.), her sixth of the season, with 17:34 left in the frame. Veilleux scored the goal from a corner kick off the foot of Abby Dalton (Macon, Ga.).

Dalton's assist tied Jamie Nevin for the school record with 16 in her career. Veilleux' goal was also historic, tying the junior with Megan McAlpin and Lyric Burnett for third in school history at 13 career goals.

The Lakers got on the board in the second half with their only goal of the match from Jahmela Williams, with the assist from Jency Ramirez. The Lakers managed to put six shots on goal, but Georgia College's Annie Stephens (Fayetteville, Ga.) came up with five saves in 110 minutes of play.

The Bobcats were out-shot in the game 16-7; Dalton led the way for Georgia College with three shots.
