Bobcat Soccer Ranked #9 in Region
KANSAS CITY, Kan. – With a pair of wins last week, the Georgia College soccer team (8-7-1, 3-5-1 PBC) leapt back into the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Southeast Region Rankings, taking the No. 9 slot.
The region poll is dominated by Peach Belt Conference (PBC) schools, as eight of the 11 teams listed [with the tie at 10th place], come from conference schools.
Armstrong is listed No. 1 with Lenoir-Rhyne University second and Lander University in No. 3. The Bobcats are just ahead of the tie at No. 10 between Catawba College and GC’s Saturday opponent, Flagler College.
The Bobcats are in action tonight, hosting Georgia Southwestern State University at 8 p.m.
