Little Feet Invitational Helping Children in Niger, Africa

Georgia College & State University Women’s Soccer has teamed up with the Little Feet Foundation to send soccer balls to Niger, Africa with the Atlanta Beat Soccer Foundation.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - The Little Feet Foundation has proudly donated a soccer ball to a disadvantaged child for each one sold, reaching thousands of children in over 40 countries worldwide since its inception in March 2006.

Founded upon the “one for one” model, Little Feet will be donating an additional soccer ball to a child in Niger, Africa through the Atlanta Beat Soccer Foundation for each one sold. The Atlanta Beat will be distributing these balls to schools of Niger, Africa this December.

“Little Feet takes pride in our products and our vision. I am thrilled to see the support from the college soccer community to help send soccer balls to Schools of Niger, Africa,” said Little Feet Founder, Trevor Slavick.

Action starts Friday, Sept. 17 at 5 p.m. on Bobcat Field at West Campus where Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) will face Barry University. The Little Feet Invitational continues on Saturday, Sept. 18 at 5 p.m. as GSW takes on Brewton-Parker College. On Sunday, Sept. 19 at 1:30 p.m. Georgia College battles Barry University to conclude the weekend.
