MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College softball team and head coach Jamie Madewell-Grodecki are pleased to announce they are volunteering to ring the Salvation Army bell this holiday season, helping the organization collect donations.
Members of the 2010 team will be will be located outside the Walmart on North Columbia Street in Milledgeville both Monday, Nov. 29 and Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
“We are honored to have the opportunity to raise money to help those whom are less fortunate during the holiday season,” said Madewell-Grodecki. “This time of year is about sharing and giving, and hopefully this small effort will make a difference for those who really need it.”
Please come out and support the Salvation Army and Georgia College softball as they donate their time towards a noble cause.
