GREENWOOD, S.C. – The last six seasons of Georgia College & State University softball have featured Heather Jones (2003-06) in the dugout in one form or another, four seasons as a player and then the last two as graduate assistant coach. The 2009 season will put Jones in the visiting dugout, as she was recently named the assistant coach at Peach Belt Conference (PBC) foe Lander University.

Lady Bobcat Assistant Harris Takes Head Coach Job at Lynn
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Georgia College & State University assistant softball coach Mandy Harris recently accepted the position of head softball coach at Lynn University. Lynn Director of Athletics Kristen Moraz announced the hiring of Harris as head softball coach Friday (June 13). She becomes the fifth coach in program history.
