MONTGOMERY, W.Va. – Georgia College cross country alum Jason Hendrix was recently announced as the sports information director and men’s and women’s cross country coach at the NAIA’s West Virginia Tech.
Hendrix was a two-year member of the cross country program at GC, also assisting the Bobcat sports information department with special design projects. Additionally, he guided the process for Georgia College’s first Bobcat mascot suit, Thunder; initially serving as the man inside the mascot as well.
The Georgia College Department of Athletics, two-time winners of the PBC Commissioner's Cup, sponsors 11 varsity athletic programs at the NCAA Division II level.
