GC Athletics Puts 90 on PBC Presidential Honor Roll
MARTINEZ, Ga. - The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced its Presidential Honor Roll recipients, with 90 Georgia College student-athletes making the list. The program honors all student-athletes with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the 2010-11 academic year.

GC Auction Brings Bright Futures
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - Georgia College alum Josh Hollar has many people and organizations to thank for his successful college career. One he is most appreciative of is the Georgia College Athletic Auction, a yearly silent auction that uses money earned to fund athletic scholarships at GC. As a scholar athlete in cross country, Josh received this scholarship for the four years he ran for the Bobcats.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Georgia College men’s cross country placed ninth at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships Saturday morning. Five of seven runners placed in the top-60 for the Bobcats at McAlpine Park, led by junior Daniel Horseman (Cohutta, Ga.) who took 25th.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College men’s cross country team is set to race in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships Saturday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. held in Charlotte, N.C. The Bobcat men will enter seven runners into the race and the top five finishes will count towards the team score.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Powered by a pair of juniors, the Georgia College men’s cross country team placed second at Saturday morning’s ASU Tri-Meet, hosted by Augusta State University. The race was 4.94 miles long, just shy of a standard 8K race.
