Bobcat Athletics Puts 129 on PBC Presidential Honor Roll
AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced its Presidential Honor Roll recipients, with 129 Georgia College student-athletes making the list, one shy of the school record, set last year. The program honors all student-athletes with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the 2014-15 academic year.

DAHLONEGA, Ga. – In a match that was rescheduled twice and delayed again Monday by rain, the No. 20 Georgia College men’s tennis team (11-7, 7-2 PBC) shook off the rust and busted out a 6-1 win at No. 21 University of North Georgia (14-4, 6-4 PBC). The Bobcats’ last match was nine days ago.

MALIBU, Calif. – Former Georgia College tennis player and graduate assistant coach Marcelo Ferreira has been promoted to the position of head coach of the Pepperdine men's tennis team, as announced recently. Ferreira first joined the Waves' staff as an associate head coach for the 2013-14 season prior to being elevated to his new role.

Hass Named Peach Belt Player of the Week For Men’s Tennis
MARTINEZ, Ga. – Yannick Hass (Troisdorf, Germany) of the Georgia College men’s tennis team (8-6, 4-1 PBC) was named the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Player of the week, for his 2-0 record against nationally-ranked opponents this past week and his 3-1 overall record. The honor marks the first since March 24, 2014 for the Bobcats and Hass’s second of his career.

Yannick Hass (Troisdorf, Germany), Camille Clausse-Pujo (Bordeaux, France) and Macy Polk (Powder Springs, Ga) were the Bobcats named to the All-PBC squads.
