Bobcat Tennis Alum Named Head Men’s Coach at Division I Pepperdine
MALIBU, Calif. – Former Georgia College tennis player and graduate assistant coach Marcelo Ferreira has been promoted to the position of head coach of the Pepperdine men's tennis team, as announced recently. Ferreira first joined the Waves' staff as an associate head coach for the 2013-14 season prior to being elevated to his new role.

RALEIGH, N.C. – Former Georgia College tennis player and assistant coach Simon Earnshaw (1993-96), who has guided Armstrong State University’s programs to an NCAA Division II record nine national championships, has been named as head women's tennis coach at NC State.

SKILLMAN, N.J. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) recently released its All-Academic Teams and Scholar-Athletes, with Georgia College men’s tennis earning All-Academic Team and Kyle Kinsler (Suwanee, Ga.) picking up his first ITA Scholar-Athlete award.

Bobcat Athletics Puts School-Record 130 on PBC Presidential Honor Roll
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced its Presidential Honor Roll recipients, with 130 Georgia College student-athletes making the list, a school record. The program honors all student-athletes with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the 2013-14 academic year.
