SKILLMAN, N.J. – The Georgia College men's tennis team has been nationally-ranked No. 22 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) April 30. Five of the top-25 teams are from the Peach Belt Conference (PBC).
Individual and doubles rankings were also released with good results for Georgia College. Yannick Hass (Troisdorf, Germany) has continued to climb up the national singles rankings and is now at No. 22- improving his position 11 spots from the last poll. Senior Alex Schubert (Frankfurt, Germany) and Hass are ranked No. 17 in national doubles rankings, marking their second-consecutive appearance in the national polls.
The Bobcats will begin regional play this Sunday, May 3 against GRU Augusta in Savannah, Ga. with a 2 p.m. start time.
