GCSU Men’s Basketball Jumps to #14 in Nation

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - Riding a win streak now up to 12 games, the Georgia College & State University men's basketball team (18-2, 11-0 PBC) was rewarded in this week's National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II National Poll, leaping to the No. 14 spot.

Georgia College improves an amazing seven spots from last week, this being Georgia College's third straight week in the top-25. Last week, the Bobcats beat North Georgia and Clayton State University.

The Bobcats rank second among Peach Belt Conference (PBC) schools in the list behind No. 7 Augusta State University. Arkansas Tech maintains the top spot with a 21-0 record.

The Bobcats are back in action Thursday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in a ranked showdown at ASU, one of the biggest games in the conference this season.
