Georgia College Sassy Cats Place 10th at Nationals

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Georgia College Sassy Cats finished in No. 10 place at the Dance National Championships in Walt Disney World.

“I am very proud of our girls,” said advisor Doris Henderson. “There were teams from all over the country that brought tremendous competition to this event. Most of these teams had scholarships and our girls fared well against the competition.”

The Sassy Cats participated in the Hip-Hop Dance Division in Nationals. The division was comprised of 18 teams with the ‘Cats finding themselves No. 10 at day’s end.

Check out the Sassy Cats perform during “Think Pink” night at halftime of the men’s and women’s games Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 5:30 p.m. against the University of Montevallo.
