DAYTONA, Fla. - The Georgia College cheer team and head coach Jimmy Redus took fourth place at the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) National Championship April 12.
The Bobcats were second in the Small Co-Ed II Division after the preliminary round.
Georgia College posted a 92.13 score in one of the tightest finishes in recent memory, finishing just 1.25 behind National Champion Valdosta State University.
Blinn College (Texas) was second, with the University of Central Oklahoma finishing one slot ahead of the Bobcats.
