Sabalaskey Chosen to PBC All-Tournament Team

GREENWOOD, S.C. – Senior leftfielder Ryan Sabalaskey (Carol Stream, Ill.) was named to the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) All-Tournament Team, the conference office announced earlier this week.

Sabalaskey hit 5-for-7 over the two games at the PBC Tournament, good for a .714 batting average. He drove in three runs, scored another three, and had a 1.000 slugging percentage with a pair of doubles. He went 4-for-4 in the win over UNC Pembroke, including a walk.

Sabalaskey gives Georgia College 26 PBC All-Tournament selections in program history.

The No. 5-seed Bobcats are back in action Thursday, May 15 at 3 p.m., taking on No. 2-seed Mount Olive College in the NCAA Southeast Regional Tournament in Greenwood, S.C.
