Ammo’s Army Takes Game 1 of GCSU Baseball’s Steak Series

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - Ammo's Army took Game 1 of the Steak Series Thursday night defeating Cookie's Cats with a convincing 10-5 score.  

Ammo's Army was led by three seniors. Kyle Cravey (Cordele, Ga.) got the win for the team, pitching 5.2 innings, allowing one earned run, striking out three and walking four. Kyle Allen (Conyers, Ga.) and Paul Bordon (Martinez, Ga.) led the offense as Allen has three RBI, two runs and two doubles while Bordon had two runs and two doubles.

Senior ChandlerSnell (Loganville, Ga.) led Cookie's Cats with two hits, two runs and two RBI.

Game 2 took place Friday night at 5:45 p.m. at John Kurtz Field.
