#14 Bobcats Beat Benedict, 9-6

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The No. 14 Georgia College & State University baseball team (32-13) picked up a second victory in as many days, winning at Benedict College 9-6 today (April 22).

Senior catcher Pete Paris (Scranton, Pa.) ripped his fourth home run of the year in the winning effort.

Georgia College returns to action Friday, April 24 at 6 p.m. to face the University of Montevallo (22-28-1) in the first of a three-game set. The Falcons most recently lost to Columbus State University 12-3 yesterday, and have dropped six in a row.
