SAVANNAH, Ga. - On the strength of a 5-0 week, the Georgia College & State University baseball team made a nine-slot jump to No. 18 in the most recent Collegiate Baseball Magazine Division II National Poll, released earlier this week.
For the third straight week, the Bobcats take a spot in the nation's top 30, this No. 18 matching the highest of the three set Feb. 9.

Georgia College swept all five games this week, beating Columbia Union College 4-2 and 22-2 before taking a three-game set from PBC foe Armstrong Atlantic State 5-3, 7-6 and 7-2. The Bobcats have won eight straight and have allowed four runs or less in eight of their 13 games thus far.
