Bobcat Individual Basketball Clinics Set for July

>>>Camp Web Site

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - The Georgia College & State University department of athletics has three individual basketball clinics scheduled for the month of July in the Centennial Center, one of the top basketball facilities in the state of Georgia.

The Girls Individual Clinic kicks off the action July 6-9. For age 11 through rising high school senior, the clinic has both a day-camper and overnight stay option. Helmed by a 26-year veteran of the college coaching ranks in head coach John Carrick, the camp focuses on fundamentals and applying the concepts in games during the afternoon. The camp is $210 for day campers and $285 for resident campers.

The Boys Individual Clinic runs from July 9-12, also for age 11 through rising high school senior with a day-camper and overnight stay option. Pulling from the experience of the 2009 Peach Belt Conference Coach of the Year, a 25-year veteran of the college coaching ranks in head coach Terry Sellers, the camp has the similar format of focusing on fundamentals and applying the concepts in games during the afternoon. The day camper cost is $200 with $275 for resident campers.

One of the favorite camps of the summer season, the Pee-Wee Basketball Camp runs from July 13-17. Designed for ages 6-to-10, the day camp is $180.
