MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Next week, two of Georgia College’s nationally ranked spring sports programs will host “Meet the Bobcats” nights at Zaxby’s, including the on-location Bobcat sports radio show, “The Prowl”. GC tennis will host their evening Monday, March 31 from 5-8 p.m., while the Bobcat golfers will take over Wednesday, April 2 at the same time.
Both teams will be at Zaxby’s on North Columbia Street; signing posters, hanging with fans and taking part in the latest installment of “The Prowl” GC Athletics radio hour on 1450ESPN.
From 5 p.m.-to-8 p.m. 10 percent of all sales at Zaxby's will be donated to the sponsoring sports program. Kids meals will be also be free with an adult meal purchase.
The nights will feature interviews with tennis head coach Steve Barsby, head golf coach Jimmy Wilson and other members of Bobcat athletics.
GC Athletics Hall of Fame Broadcaster Scott MacLeod will be on hand to talk all things Bobcat sports.
